Have you forgotten your password, do you request it, but the email does not arrive? It is possible that our email address is set as an unsafe sender (this is a local setting of the user).

Check whether the email address is not in “blocked sender and domains”. If so, add info@olympos.nl to the safe sender and domains:

  • Open your Hotmail mailbox;
  • Go to the cogwheel at the top right of the blue ribbon;
  • Enter “email” in the search box and press enter;
  • Click on “safe senders and domains;
  • Go to junk mail in the second column;
  • Click “Add” in the 'safe senders and domains' list;
  • Enter email info@olympos.nl and press enter;
  • Enter domain olympos.nl and press enter;
  • The email address and domain has now been added to the safe list.
